Hmm, SSO is Single Sign On so this may be related to how you are registered in the system. Thanks for this. Will follow=up

HI Michael - Sorry for the confusion. It may be SSO related as Kevin mentioned. I am finding that not all information pulled over when the account is generated is consistent across users. We can reach out to IT to see if they can assist with edits in the parent system

how do breakout rooms work in terms or the zoom recording?
The cloud recording will not capture breakout rooms, only the main room (with is usually empty during breakouts).
